Boronia Beach Excursion STEM unit hook

Class Excursion to Boronia Beach was a fantastic experience as part of our new STEM unit. We spotted one penguin still there much to our surprise. The kids were so excited. What's more, we returned to school before the downpour. Thank you so much to the parents who accompanied us and also to those parents, teachers and friends who loaned us some warm coats for the day. Greatly appreciated.  These photos will help students complete their excursion booklet focusing on the man made and the natural structures penguins use to breed in. The students are doing a draft copy then a top copy which will comprise 25% of their assessment.
